When you submit a quote request through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're enquiring about, and any details you include in your message. We don't ask for or store payment information on this site.

We also use a privacy-friendly website analytics service to understand overall visit numbers and which pages are used — this does not identify you personally and does not use tracking cookies.

We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request, arrange and carry out electrical work, and communicate with you about a job. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Quote request details are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and emailed to us via our email delivery provider (Resend) so we can follow up. These providers process the data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including secure, access-controlled storage. No online system is completely risk-free, but we don't store more than we need and we don't retain quote requests indefinitely once a job is complete or an enquiry has been closed out.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@eliteelectricservices.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or processes change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
